Obsessing Over Your Email

Hey Guys Heres another quick video I shot today about checking your email to often:
Its something I have struggled with for a long time, but its the thing I have to overcome to become more focused. Well, that and logging into my meebo account and talking instead of working, but hey thats for another discussion 
Anyways I hope you enjoyed the video, lots more where that one came from. I think I am gonna look for something to mount my iphone when I'm driving instead of holding it on the steering wheel, I think that will be safer lol.
