To Stay Introverted or Market Myself…

This is something I have struggled with for a very long time. I have always been someone to kind of lurk in the shadows and try to avoid attention coming to me(Most people who know me personally can validate this). But, I woke up this morning and said screw it. I am missing out on so much because I am not putting myself out there for the world to see.
I always thought that I never really had anything good to offer people or anything really good to say. I guess I had a sever second guessing myself complex that I could never overcome. After reading so much content over the past 3 or 4 months, I guess I better start putting those to good use or I will NEVER use them.
I have learned so much that I can not exclaim. I have read loads of stuff from marketers like Frank Kern(A Master With Words), Mike Filsaime(I Dunno How He Does It) and many others. They have truly taken the reins and run with them. My main problem over the last few months is information overload. I would start one course then jump to another, then another.... and it would never end. Until I finally put my proverbial foot down and said that is ENOUGH. I have to start putting into play some of these key strategies that I have learned from these great people.
I can officially call this my start date in Internet Marketing. I have messed around with it for many years but never really focused on it. My focus is here and here I am world watch out!!!

This Was Some Great material, Josh! Nice Pic (open to receive the BOUNTY). I must reflect on the part about second guessing Ones self and taking the steps to break that habit, so..WORD! To a good disc clean-up of self inhibiting boundries and here’s to a good beneficial re-wire of having some good to shair with the world:)I am working on my blog site now this inspired me more and look forward to your updates, Josh!

I can relate to your quandry, but mine has a different spin – I’m in memory-making, scrapbooking, mixed-media art, etc… and so a lot of my work has my kids’ on it or in it… it’s more nervewracking for me to put THEM out there than it is to put myself out there.

Me too! It was very easy to stand behind the camera, now I find myself leading a group forward through my website and having to put my face and myself “out there”.
